Class Policy:

Registration and Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of registration. You may register and pay: In person int he store, by mail with a check, or by phone with a credit card.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficiecnt enrollment. Please register early so we will know if a class is going to make. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or you may transfer the class fee to another class. If you must cancel, we must receive a 3 day notice for teachers. No refunds will be given after the class begins.

Supplies: Please ask for a supply list when you register. The cost of supplies are not included int he class fee unless so noted. Please purchase your supplies before class.

Ordering Policy:

Online Orders: You can use our secure shopping with Paypal.

Email Orders: Email use the product SKU number and quantity. We will email you back with the total.  You can then send check and copy of order to us. 

Sales Policy:

Our fabric is priced per yard, and can be ordered in the following increments.

When entering your quantity of fabric, please use decimal numbers. 

Return Policy:

Returns for store credit must be made within 10 days. 

Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Fabric, lace, ribbon, rick-rack, piping and any other merchandise cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned, except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error.

Patterns and books may not be returned.

Shipping Policy:

We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer another method, please email us.

There will be an additional charge for all packages shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. For these orders, please use the Email Ordering method.
